Step - by - Step
1. SITE MEETING & CONSULTATION
Documentation is KEY to the success of any project. During the consultation site visit, we will explore your space, take accurate measurements, make note of mechanical and electrical placement, as well as photo and video to cover all our bases. It's important that the ins and outs of a space be properly cataloged before any of the space planning begins.
2. PROGRAMMING
At this stage, we want to get to know you, your goals, and wish list for your space. We will also examine your budget and timeline requirements to ensure your project is set up for success. In completing this process, we are able to find solutions and create a forward path.
3. SPACE PLANNING
This is where things get interesting. With space planning, we analyze the way people move through their environment in order to perform daily tasks. Functionality is an essential element to the success of any design. Here we combine the information we gathered from the programming stage to formulate an efficient and cohesive layout.
4. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & WORKING DRAWINGS
Once we have created a layout you love, we start to bring the space together with finishes and materials that speak to the unique style and concept of your project. We provide all the necessary drawings, schedules, elevations, and specifications that can be sent to contractors and coordinating trades.
5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
First and foremost, we act as the advocate for your investment. We collaborate with vendors, contractors, and trades to make sure the overall goals of the project are maintained while keeping the project on track. We are always on hand to answer questions and provide solutions from concept to completion.
